On May 1st 2016, Ferrari Beverly Hills was delighted to be part of the 7th Annual Greystone Mansion Concourse D’Elegance.
Tucked in lush hilltops of Beverly Hills, the 18-acre estate was filled with both classic and new automobiles that are unique in their design and elegance.
Cars were carefully chosen to be exhibited, with 135 world class cars, and 20 motorcycles taking their place on the stage.
The car entries were judged on such factors as originality, authenticity, design, styling, and elegance. Over 32 Awards were handed out in various categories, such as Best of Class and Best of Show. Ferrari Beverly Hills client Adrien Labi, entering his 1967 Ferrari 275 GTB/4, took home a Best of Class Trophy. Another notable winner was Mark Haddawy’s 1961 Ferrari 250 SWB Berlinetta which snagged the HVA “This Car Matter” Sponsor Award. Custom Greystone Mansion Concours d’Elegance awards were created by local artist Richard Pietruska, who is a highly respected professor at the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena.
Ferrari Beverly Hills clients were treated to a stunning and modern lounge designed by L’Esperance Design with furniture provided by Poltrona Frau Los Angeles. A car lover’s modern living room, the scene was set with a minimalistic white leather couch, framed by accent glass lamps; a personal and convivial feel was created by a refined on wheels portable leather bar. All accents to the lounge, such as official Ferrari watches, interior leather swatches, and a scale model red California T, reminded the continued partnership between Ferrari and Poltrona Frau. An elegant upholstered in Pelle Frau® leather screen designed by Jean-Marie Massaud created an intimate and sophisticated atmosphere.
The lounge was outlined with a Ferrari California T, and a Ferrari 488 GTB: both cars accentuated the space with matching Grigio Titanio color and Cuoio interior.
